Setup Tip: When feeding aluminum wire or switching wire diameters, ensure the matching wire drive rollers (V-groove or U-groove) and conduit liner are properly selected to maintain smooth wire delivery.
Double wire feeding mode allows simultaneous feeding of two filler wires into the weld pool. This drastically increases deposition rates and bridges wider weld gaps efficiently during heavy structural laser welding without sacrificing seam quality.
Yes. The feeder features built-in controls for both Continuous mode and Pulse mode, giving you complete freedom to match the wire delivery pattern to your specific welding parameter settings.
In Single Wire mode, the feeder supports wire diameters from 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm. In Double Wire mode, it supports dual 1.6 mm or 2.0 mm wires with synchronous speed control.

After the confirmation of your order and the full payment, there will be 3-7 processing day which contains machine production and continuous machine test to ensure the quality of the laser beam, once it is finished we will arrange shipment for your order.
