The M23D20F400 features a shorter focal length with less laser power loss, providing higher laser energy density for stubborn rust and thick coatings (up to 80mm cleaning width). The M23D20F800 has a longer focal length, allowing a wider cleaning path of up to 120mm, though the focused laser energy density is slightly lower than F400.
No. This lens assembly is engineered strictly for the laser cleaning mode on SUP23T/SUP23S heads. It cannot be used for laser welding or cutting operations, as those functions require different dedicated optical configurations.
Blow off loose dust using dry, oil-free compressed air or a hand blower. Gently clean the optical glass surfaces in a single direction using lint-free optical wipes dampened with anhydrous isopropyl alcohol.
