Please note that this machine utilizes a 1064nm wavelength fiber laser source. It is highly efficient for specific industrial hard substrates but is NOT suitable for organic non-metallic materials. Please review the material guidelines below:
- Applicable Materials (Highly Recommended): All metals (including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, gold, and silver), as well as high-density engineering plastics (ABS, PVC, PC) and carbon fiber.
- NON-Applicable Materials (DO NOT USE): Pure organic non-metals such as wood, transparent glass, genuine or synthetic leather, fabrics, clothes, clear acrylic, and soft rubber. (For these materials, a CO2 or UV laser system is required).

Can this fiber laser mark organic non-metallic materials like wood or glass?
No. Fiber laser sources (1064nm) are specialized for processing all types of metals and certain hard opaque plastics. They are NOT capable of marking organic materials such as wood, paper, textile, leather, or transparent glass, as these materials do not absorb this specific laser wavelength.
Does the machine include a computer and display monitor?
No, a computer or monitor is NOT included in this package. To operate the laser machine, you will connect it to your own personal computer or laptop. We provide the industry-standard EZcad software along with deep technical installation guides, enabling you to smoothly complete the driver setup on your own PC.
Which voltage specification will be sent to my workshop?
Our integrated systems are available in both 110V and 220V power builds. There is no need for you to select this option manually; our production facility automatically reviews your delivery location and builds the machine with the matching native voltage and plug style for your country.

We fulfill orders through two main channels based on inventory availability and your destination:

Triumphlaser operates dedicated domestic warehouses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
- Strict Regional Fulfillment: To guarantee fast delivery, products stocked in an overseas warehouse can only be shipped within that specific country. We do not support cross-border or international transport between these warehouses.
- Laser Machinery Delivery: Shipped using specialized Heavy-Duty Truck Freight networks to ensure zero-damage transit. Timeframe: 7–15 business days to your doorstep.
- Accessories & Parts Delivery: Small parts and machine accessories are dispatched via standard courier networks. Timeframe: 3–7 business days.

4. Crucial Delivery & Inspection Notice

- Truck Delivery Access: For machine orders delivered via freight trucks, please ensure your commercial workshop or residential address has adequate road clearance for a heavy freight vehicle.
